This is a one-step, botanical oil balm. What does that mean? A balm is a thick, buttery, oil-based cleanser with a scoopable texture that melts into an oil as you massage it into your skin.

This one-step cleansing balm is made with healing botanical ingredients that cleanse your skin, hydrate and balance your pH, support dry skin, and protect your skin from outside irritants while creating an occlusive barrier.

The Three Essential Forms of Hydration—All in One Balm

Humectants
Help attract and hold water in the skin.

Emollients
Help soften and smooth the skin for a nourished feel and even skin tone.

Occlusives
Create a protective layer that helps lock in moisture and reduce water loss.

Use daily (morning or night)

• Dampen face with lukewarm water.
• Apply a dime-sized amount to your entire face. Massage in gentle circular motions, making sure to cover the full face for 30–60 seconds.
• Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water while continuing gentle circular motions.
• Finish with a cold water splash 3 times.
• Pat skin completely dry with a clean face towel—do not rub.

After cleansing, it is normal and desired to notice a nourishing, moisturized feel from the botanical oils. This does not mean the product has not cleansed or rinsed away—it is the residual benefits of the botanical oils helping leave skin feeling balanced, soft, and hydrated.

The formula leaves behind an occlusive barrier layer—meaning the botanical oils and nourishing ingredients help create a protective seal that locks in moisture and reduces water loss, leaving skin feeling soft, bouncy, balanced, and nourished.

Pro Tip: Need extra hydration? Use as a weekly face mask by applying a nickel-sized amount to clean skin. Leave on for 4–5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Every order over $50 USD ships free within the United States. Orders under $50 have a flat rate.

We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, and they usually ship within 1 to 4 business days, unless stated otherwise. If you place an order after 11am EST on Friday, it will be shipped out the following week. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification with the tracking number.

While shipping times may vary, with standard shipping, orders delivered within the continental US typically arrive in 3 to 8 business days after being shipped depending on your location. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico please allow up to 2-3 weeks.
