Where can I track my order? 

We will email you a shipment notification along with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

I typed in my wrong address and need to change it?

Unfortunately, once submitted, our system does not allow for any order or address changes. Before completing your purchase, please closely review your cart items and shipping address. If you find that you still accidentally submitted the incorrect address please contact us. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Do you Ship internationally?

At the moment we only ship in the United States.

My Item(s) arrived damaged, what should I do? 

Please email us at with your order #, and a photo of your new unopened, damaged product.

Do you accept returns?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is broken, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as any item that is considered Over The Counter (OTC) drug by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
If you received a product that is not what you ordered, or is not your correct shade we are happy to exchange, please contact us for more information. 

Refunds:
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Yes, all our products are cruelty-free, meaning we do not test on animals or bring harm to animals in any way.

What is a clean product?

Clean is a term used to describe cosmetics and skincare products that are free from harmful chemicals and carcinogens. We make clean beauty products that are good for you and good for the world. We all know the buzz around "clean" products, but often, they don't live up to the hype, containing harmful chemicals. At ITP, we take it further by ensuring our products are truly clean, with third-party testing, EWG certification, and sustainable packaging. How should I incorporate Daily Bawse into my daily routine?

Daily Bawse is a multi-use SPF serum with a sheer mineral tint and a beautiful glow. You can wear it alone for light coverage and protection from the sun or under your makeup. If wearing alone, apply Daily Bawse after eye cream. If you still desire to wear foundation, you can mix it with your makeup, depending on the formula. Of course, we suggest wearing it alone as it's a completely clean formula and better for your skin.

No problem! Here’s what you can do:

How much Daily Bawse should I apply?

Believe it or not most people are not applying enough sunscreen for complete coverage. We suggest at least 1 full pump for your face and ears, and at least 1 full pump for your neck and upper decolletage.

Can all skin types use Daily Bawse?

Daily Bawse is a 100% EWG verified clean formula made with the utmost care and sensitive skin in mind. Our formula was created over the course of 2 years and tested by hundreds of wear-testers with different skin types and tones. That being said, everyone has unique skin, and irritations can occur even with the most gentle formulas. Please do not use it on damaged or broken skin, stop use if irritation occurs, and remember to reapply every 2 hours if you are spending consistent time outdoors.
