Our founders story
Oni grew up facing adversity in Baltimore, MD, before being adopted as a pre-teen. Raised with the belief that possibilities existed but were rare for someone like her, she moved to Los Angeles at 17, pursuing a career in fashion design. Every day, she manifested what she wanted life to look like, and the type of person she wanted to be. Her ultimate aim was to create beauty in the world and make a positive impact.
After a notable fashion career, Oni shifted towards sustainability, recognizing the fashion industry's harmful environmental impact. After an extensive rabbit hole of sustainable chemical research she was led to skincare, a long-time passion. Discovering differences in skincare regulations between the US and Europe, she meticulously researched ingredients in her SPF and skincare products, discarding harmful ones. This marked the realization of her childhood dream - creating beauty while doing good. Thus, ITP was born, offering products that are good for you and good for the world.
