As the founder of ITP Beauty, I’ve learned that building a successful business is about more than just clean, high-performance product efficacy - it’s about supporting the women around us and investing in the communities that help shape the next generation of leaders. Women’s Month is a perfect time to reflect on the power of presence: being there for your teammates as they navigate life’s challenges, and being there for the young women who will follow in our footsteps.
At ITP Beauty, we make it a priority to empower women through mentorship, guidance, and community engagement. From partnering with the Theta Sigma Chapter of Alpha Phi to working with BCPP (Breast Cancer Prevention Partners), the Society of Cosmetic Chemists at USC, and participating in local community events, we provide young women with the tools, resources, and confidence they need to pursue their dreams. These efforts are at the heart of our mission: lifting women up, together.
We also know that celebrating Women’s Month is more than just recognition - it’s action. Being present, listening, mentoring, and giving back to the community are ways we create meaningful impact every day.
